The villa is traditionally decorated and has a lovely homely feel. We have enjoyed many family holidays there. It is light, well laid out and fabulous for relaxing inside and out. The bedrooms are laid out such that there is a double bedroom downstairs with an ensuite shower room (away from the noise of the sitting room and kitchen) and three bedrooms upstairs, including the master which has an ensuite with a bath and over head shower, and two twin rooms sharing a separate shower room.

- Plenty of bikes. The cycling around the villa is scenic and sometimes challenging!

- Nearest restaurants are local Konoba in the village of Sovinjak, 200m from
the villa, and Konoba Santa Terra which serves local Istrian dishes, open
from midday to 10pm; the truffle restaurants at Livade, about 8km away or
the family run restaurant in Vrh, around 9km away - Many hill top villages about a 20 minute drive
- Nearest beach around 30 minute drive (beaches in Istria are pebbles not sand!)
